Despite strong attendance and community engagement, the organization lacked a consistent visual presence that matched the energy and scale of their events. They needed creative that could capture who they are and extend their reach beyond the room.

solution

Led creative and photography for major events including their annual fake-wedding and basketball tournaments. Produced portraiture for social media to build community visibility and strengthen their presence online. The work helped document and amplify some of the most attended student-led events on campus.

A student-led cultural organization at Augsburg University representing the Oromo community; one of the largest and most active student groups on campus, known for hosting some of the most attended student events at both Augsburg and the University of Minnesota.
